fjm took a photo which very realistically captures my emotions. And you can see my Hugo too. "My Hugo". It's going to take me a long time to get tired of saying that! It still seems incredible. I was surprised and delighted to win a Nebula, I am gobsmacked and awed to win a Hugo.You do know I'd never have written Among Others without you? I'd never have thought of making a reflective LJ post about the landscape of my childhood into a fantasy novel if so many of you hadn't suggested it.
