Things to remember to put in denim bag in the morning
Lizard.

Janet's Phone.

Eee.

Hairbrush.

Food from fridge.

Waterbottle.

(I think I'm packed, apart from that.)

Have you made other plans for Wednesday's Chicago stop, and if not would you like to meet up?

No I haven't, though Bill is making plans for my stop next week, and should be getting in touch with you. If you're free, I'd love to see you.

Yes, I'm definitely making the 25th--but figured we shouldn't leave you stranded the week before. I'm on break, so would not be surprised if I was the only one free in the morning on the 17th.

I have completely forgotten to ask Chad what he has going on tomorrow, but we may try and stop by the station tomorrow. I usually don't get home until 6, though.

Despite having one of my own, seeing the Eee listed among things to put in one's bag just seems slightly surreal to me. As if one might also expect to pack an Aaargh and a whooopsie.

Lizard?

FWIW, my packing for ConCertino includes a small plush penguin and a very small plush squid. And, depending on available space and weight, possibly something in between.

Yeah. Lizard? (Admittedly, I may not have been following closely enough, but there *must* be an explanation for this item. IMHO, Jo simply doesn't do inexplicable things. Weird, maybe, but she always manages to explain it in a way that seems reasonable.)

It's my toy lizard. It keeps away bad dreams. Well, it can't always manage it, but it tries hard.

Richard & I would like to know what sort of lizard it is. We're presuming it isn't live, but there's still a lot of scope. (Plushie/soft toy? Dead & stuffed? Made of stone or crystal? Ceramic?...)

It's made of fabric and stuffed with sand, so it's soft on the outside but firm. I sleep with it, so I can't pack it until the morning. It keeps away bad dreams... or anyway, it does its best.

I'm sure I've mentioned it here before.

Safe travel!

I have a friend called lizard and you know, of course, another friend who calls her offspring lizard, and so packing the lizard took me a minute to remember.

My lizard is much smaller and quieter than [info]yhlee's lizard! More,.. lizard-shaped, too.
