I can't remember if I posted davidlevine's insight into that, by the way -- I couldn't figure out how Farthing qualified on any list of romantic anything, though I gather that list is the list of things that apis_mellifera and other RT reviewers like, and it doesn't have to be romantic. But davidlevine said that actually, despite everyone in Farthing being involved in long term relationships at the start of the book and still in the same ones at the end, that might be unusual in fiction but it can in itself be romantic. I think that's sweet.
Ha'Penny of course, has a romance, though rather an odd one.
