Over-reacting again
Again I find myself consumed with fiery passion against the very existence of pernicious travesty films of LotR. If I've taken you off my friends list recently for saying something about it, I will almost certainly put you back on in the New Year when you've stopped squeeing.
I really can't express how strongly and irrationally I feel on this subject. The best comparison I've come up with was last year's suggestion that there might have been people who thought that Cecil B De Mille's films of the bible were blasphemous.
No, of course it's not religion, it's much more important than that.
ETA: cut-tags are not a problem, I'd beg people to use cut-tags if I thought it would do any good.
